The caravan was changed in March 2009.  The caravan is fully operational for disabled and all walks of life.  It comprises of two bedrooms, the main bedroom has two single beds with movable hand rails above and room for a motor scooter to turn round.  The other bedroom has two single beds, but has only a two foot gap between.  The bathroom has hand rails and pull down bars by the toilet, the shower is a walk in, with a fixed seat that can be pulled down.

The kitchen is a galley kitchen with a low sing and space to the side for a person in a chair to pull up and work on the work surface.  It has a gas cooker, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer.  There are cupboards above and below.  The living area has fixed seating, which is where you will find the double pull out bed.  It also contains a table and stools and an HD TV with a DVD player.

Billing is at the moment being re-developed.  The new swimming pool and bar/restaurant were due to be opened for the new season in 2010.
