Richard Bristow from Poole Citizen’s Advice Bureau to talk about the assistance they have given and can give to PWMS through the partnership funded by The Bournemouth & District MS Society Branch. Also updates on any known changes to benefit system.

 

Thursday 22nd March 2012 - at the Hamworthy Club

Caroline Chandler (Poole MS Service) and Tracey Evans (Disability Action) both

MS Nurses will be talking about their role in the NHS and give an update on how the latest NHS changes may affect PWMS.

Tuesday 15th May 2012 - at the Hamworthy Club

Skittles Match at the Hamworthy Club.

Get your best bowling arm ready for the skittles evening.

Karen Lambert is once again running this event that anyone can do or just come along for a chat.

 

Tuesday 4th September 2012 - at the Hamworthy Club

The details of this meeting will be advised in due course.

(At this meeting tickets for the Christmas Quiz will go on sale, these are only available to those who attend either this meeting or the October one. Only one or two tickets per person).

 

Wednesday 31st October 2012 - at the Hamworthy Club

Bi annual talk by Dr. Hillier, Consultant Neurologist who heads up Poole MS team.

 (Last chance to buy tickets for the Mates’ Christmas Quiz at this meeting).

 

Wednesday 5th December 2012 - at the Hamworthy Club

Christmas Quiz and Buffet.

(Tickets for this meeting are only available at the September and October meetings)
